7. INDEMNIFICATION: User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 1RED Casino from all losses, claims, actions, liabilities, costs, expenses arising out of or related to:a) Any breach by User of these Terms and Conditions; b) Any unauthorized use of the service;c) The Content submitted by User.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: 1RED Casino does not warrant that its services will meet User's requirements. The 1RED Casino services are provided on an as-is, with no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall 1RED Casino be liable to User or any other party for damages resulting from:a) Any action taken in reliance upon information contained within the service;b) Suspension or termination of the service; c) Use by unauthorized parties using User's credentials.

By using 1RED Casino service after a change in these Terms and Conditions has been made available on the site or through a notification system (whichever is applicable), User acknowledges that they have accepted such modifications.
